The
Southwest of Hungary, where our company is situated, is characterised
apart from its beautiful nature also by some typical architectural
styles, which fit into the landscape. With these "defaults" of the
landscape and its villages we integrated some the most beautiful and
most interesting characteristics into our new buildings. Thus you find
beside numerous arches around the terrace, windows, doors and
room-divisors the intensive use of wood, whether it is for use inside
or for the external architecture. The same way we have chosen for
constructing with natural stones, which can be found here. Apart from
the optical beauty natural and healthy building materials are important
for us.

According
to our philosophy a new house must adapt the natural conditions of its
environment. Since the original development of the villages is despite
always repeating elements of large type variety and alternation, the
impression of a "one-type-house-settlement" will never come into
someone's mind, which is unfortunately frequently present in the
Western World, due to the narrow construction specifications.

Individualism and integration, normally two excluding terms, are actually connected harmoniously with one another by us.

Our
construction proposals are suggestions only of course, in order to
inform you about some possibilities in the individual price and size
segments. Each new house reflects the character and the soul of its
owner, and that will be you. Your desires, conceptions and dreams will
be integrated as far as possible into the planning from the very
beginning. You tell us what you want, and we say to you whether and how
it is feasible. We accompany you from the property inspection to the
key delivery, and when you wish still beyond that point. We would like
to be your reliable partner in all interests of your new domicile. If
we are not able to answer your questions immediately, we know at least,
whom we have to ask. Some words about technology: we build with
renowned Hungarian contractors with German quality standards. The
materials used by us represent the current state of the art. All prices
delivered by us are all-inclusive, cover all resulting costs. Please
