This house represents the family of traditional farmers' houses in our program. As with all farmhouses, we find a house with a long veranda and all rooms on one level. This house is well suitable as a holiday home or as a retirement home for two. The usable surface in the house has more than 46 square meters.
Across the veranda, extending along the entire length of the house, we enter the house through the front door. Here we are now in the hall and go to the right into the living room. In the corner we see the traditional tiled stove, which easily can supply the entire house with heat. Next to the tiled stove we find the kitchenette with dinning place. From the living room, we can also go directly to the terrace, situated in front of the short side of the house. A fence in wood construction surrounds it. We go back through the living room into the hall. At the opposite we see the massive wooden door to the bedroom. Between living and bedroom, we find at last the bathroom at our right hand side, complete with tub, toilet, sink and connections for a washing machine.
The roof can be prepared for a further expansion so that you later - if desired - create more rooms.
