Formal

Architectural drawings, construction, engineering calculations and building permit in accordance with statutory requirements and a sufficient number of copies of all papers.

Foundation and floor-plate

Foundations from 50 cm width, depth frost secure, depending on the basic structure. Base plate made of steel-concrete, founded on gravel, screed as a final layer.

Basement

Available at extra costs

Walls

Interior and exterior walls including supporting construction. Interior walls and the inside of the exterior walls are clad with plasterboard, the outside of the house is made from strong and weatherproof exterior panels.

Chimneys

Chimney for tiled stove with a 200 mm diameter pipe made of steel plate and cover, for a gas boiler pipe of stainless steal, diameter according to the permit, at least 130 mm diameter, each including cleaning opening. Number and height of cimneys depending upon the applicable building codes.

Finery

Outside smooth plaster, cement-based, with frost secure smoothing, interior walls with smoothened plasterboard.

Socket

Socket covered by water protecting plaster or covered by natural stone (at extra costs).

Roof

Construction of wooden beams, roofing foil and roof laths. Covered with Mediterrán standard roof tiles (red or brown) or Danubia (grey). Other materials and colours for a different price.

Sheet metal

Final sheets to roof edges, chimneys and throats, and roof gutters, including pipes made of galvanised steel sheet

Windows and doors

Choice of plastic or massive wood, all windows with insulating glass (1.4 k for plastic, 1.5 k for solid wood), doors made of plastic or solid wood with cassettes or glass windows, interior doors with solid wood frame and hard fibre filling, with wooden doors defined and massive wooden doors at extra costs.

Preservation

Windows, doors and other visible wood preserved with paint, stain or glaze.

Isolation and insulation

Complete isolation and insulation of the building against moisture and heat loss, bitumen located between foundation and structure, PE film between the layers of the soil surface, polystyrene in the bottom plate and the outer side of the building. Insulation of the floor space or the roof space, depending on the habitability of the attic

Flooring

At your choice laminate floor, tiles (at the standard price), all other materials are possible at adjusted price.

Bathroom

To the customer's desire: shower of 80 x 80 or 90 x 90 bathtub 170 x 70 without side panel (at the front wall), sink 55 cm monoblock toilets, sanitary ceramics by Alföldi, the sanitary colour is white. Mixing batteries by Kludi. Other equipment or colours available at extra cost.

Electric

Electricity networks in accordance to the plans and the valid rules with copper wires. Electric meter in accordance to the rules at the outer wall of the building, at 230 V you receive 32 A main fuse, at 400 V 3 x 10 A main fuse, heavier connections are delivered by the electricity companies against additional price. Used material made by Legrand.

Gas and Heating

Depending on the availability of public services central heating boilers on natural gas or LPG (the price is without fuel tank, which will be rented only by a gas supplier), gas connections inlet in the kitchen and the boiler.

Water and sewage

Network for fresh water and waste water through the entire house, water supplies on public cable network, sewage on the public system (if available), otherwise you will need a sewage pit (15 m³ in closed construction mode).

Options

This standard can be extended by all sorts of extras, for example think about: collectors for solar energy, heating with other energy sources (e.g., wood, geothermal heating), tiled stove, fences in steel, wood or a garden wall, walkway and parking, a garage or carport, roofed terrace, floor coverings made of granite or marble, alarm, central vacuum cleaner systems, swimming pool, garden, e.g. Also other materials are often replaced.
