These prices are completed, that means for the first price the casco, the second price for the key finished house. These prices are not additional prices, but both are end prices! Against the use these prices are inclusive fundaments and ground plate (the calculation is based on a flat property without groud water in the area of the fundaments) and of course incl. 27% ÁFA (Hungarian VAT). The calculation is made according the standard description as complete new house. Construction of a closed casco and all other special wishes can be realised, the more and less of the costs will be calculated on your request. You just need a construction property with supplies.
The price of the house is without furniture, cars, bicycles, plants, terrace equipment and other decoration
